The Coach's Creative Cycle

I want to teach you something I call the Coach’s Creative Cycle. It's a simple five-part process that shows you how to take your story and shape it into a meaningful coaching offer.

Because here's the truth: coaching isn't just about asking good questions. It’s about creating a container where someone else can experience breakthrough through your presence, your process, and your perspective.

This is exactly what we do inside the Consultant Coach Intensive. But today, I want to walk you through the whole cycle so you can start seeing what’s possible.

Let’s break it down.

1. Cultivate

This is the first phase, and honestly, it might’ve already begun for you. Cultivating your message isn’t something you do overnight. It’s the slow, honest work of paying attention to your story. It’s the conversations you keep having, the topics you always come back to, the pain points you’ve walked through that now stir up compassion when someone else talks about them. This is where God starts growing something underground. Before the method, before the niche, before the logo. It always starts with cultivation.

2. Clarify

Once something starts growing, you’ve got to name it. What are you really about? What message do you carry? Who is it for? What transformation have you walked through? Clarity doesn’t mean perfection—it just means direction. It’s where you start turning your story into language. This is where women inside CCI will say, “Ohhhh… THAT’S what I’ve been carrying all this time.”We help you name it. Own it. Say it out loud.

3. Craft

Now we take that message and begin to shape it. This is where your story becomes your method. You look back and ask—what did I do? What helped me shift? What are the steps I took that someone else might need to walk through? You don’t need a perfect 12-week framework on day one. You just need a starting point. A way to guide someone through what you’ve already learned. That’s what I help you craft inside the Intensive—your process, your framework, your rhythm.

4. Create

This is the part that makes it real. I help you turn your method into an actual offer. We get practical. What does it look like to coach someone? What are your packages or pricing or structure? This is where it becomes coaching as a container. A real thing people can say yes to. A woman can’t walk with you if you don’t show her the path. I help you create the container that holds your message and offers real transformation.

5. Carry Out

This is the part you’re probably craving—real people, real sessions, real impact. But it’s also the part that requires the most growth. When you carry out your coaching work, you refine as you go. You learn what works. You stay rooted in the message God gave you while learning how to hold space for someone else’s process. This phase never ends—it loops you back into Cultivate, again and again. Because the best coaches are always growing.

It's time to get creative with your story!
It's time to get creative with your story!

So that’s the Coach’s Creative Cycle: Cultivate. Clarify. Craft. Create. Carry Out.

This is the heart of what we teach inside the Consultant Coach Intensive. It’s not about being perfect or building a platform before you start. It’s about offering what you already carry- with intention, with strategy, and with wisdom.

If you’re listening and thinking, “That’s me. I have something to say… I just don’t know how to offer it.”I want to invite you to take the next step.

Doors are open right now for the next round of the Intensive. It starts August 21, and I’d love to walk with you through this whole cycle.

Go to sterlingandstonecoaching.com/coach to get all the details, or message me on Instagram and say “I’m ready.”

Your message is needed. And coaching might just be the method you’ve been looking for.
